Lauren is 14 years old and an actor, martial artist and competitive ninja athlete from Wiltshire. Lauren trained in martial arts, dance and musical theatre from a young age, later moving into cheerleading, parkour and ninja warrior/obstacle training. Lauren is currently a brown tag in karate, training hard for her black belt and is also a junior coach at her dojo. She competes as a ninja warrior in the National Ninja League and loves parkour and trampolining. Lauren loves performing and has been in shows since she was little, and in the last few years has appeared in theatre productions and a short film. CODE will be her first professional theatre show and she is excited to be part of a company that makes meaningful work and tells important stories. Her dream is to star in an action movie.
