Synopsis

A new physical theatre production previewed this summer, and our very first venture into Outdoor Arts!

Inspired by joy. Informed by truth. Sustained by hope.

We are developing a brand-new, breath-taking, visually stunning and highly engaging piece, that dynamically blends theatre and parkour in exciting and inspiring new ways. In ON EDGE we explore issues of modern slavery within the construction industry, and tell a compelling story through parkour, theatre, video, original soundtrack and an impressive set structure.

We are collaborating with the Inspire Parkour Community, and are working together with a cast of international parkour athletes, physical theatre performers, and acclaimed Polish director Pawel Szkotak from Teatr Biuro Podróży.

Together we are not only working on a piece of physical theatre, but also a much wider concept which will tour the UK and Europe as 'THE FREEDOM TOUR'. Throughout the day a parkour park will be available for local communities to play on, which then by night transforms into a theatre stage for ON EDGE. The production and Freedom Tour will be available to from July 2019.
