Marketing and Communications Manager

Are you an excellent communicator? Are you passionate about the power of theatre to change lives? Do you want to work with a company at the front line using their amazing skills to spread the word about social injustice among local, regional, national and international audiences?

Following our recent 10 year anniversary celebrations, we are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our communications, audience development and fundraising campaigns as we start the next ten years of amazing projects and productions.

Our latest show, CODE, looks at issues around county lines, knife crime and the criminal exploitation of children. Its programme includes residencies with young people at risk of harm or exploitation. It is currently touring the UK and internationally this year and next and in some locations residency participants perform along side the professional company in the public performances.

The person we hope to work with will be key to helping us engage and grow audiences creating a following through all our communications channels: digital, print, written, oral and visual.

It will be part of your role to drive income generation through merchandise, donations and other means as well as building our supporter base from audience member to ambassador.

We are growing our reputation as one of the leading outdoor physical theatre companies and you will have a key role in getting us to the top.
