For the time being our online dance classes are being held in virtual space on ZOOM. You can simply download the app, and login via a link in order to take part and enjoy the fun and energy of a shared dance experience online.

All our tutors are professional instructors and their goal is to make sure you enjoy the class and express yourself through the joy of dance and freedom of movement. We are doing our best to create a safe space to dance together and reserve the right to remove participants who exhibit any inappropriate behaviour.

Simply click on the link that will be sent to you and make sure your sound and video are ON. Select "Speaker View" on the top right corner of your screen to enlarge the teacher's image. Find a comfortable space and make sure to remove any obstacles so you can move freely.

TAKE PART - simply follow the link below for the respective class you would like to attend, which will take you through quick registration process, and then you will receive the login details for the class. These will remain the same each week, and you will need to register only once.

Wednesday 7-8pm / CONTEMPORARY DANCE (with Miles) REGISTER HERE
This exploratory open-level class plays with different textures and qualities in the body, whilst also using conditioning and training exercises to keep fit and mobile. The emphasis in this class is to create an open-minded body that approaches movement from a variety of angles, giving us alternative possibilities and ideas to apply to our own ways of moving. Although a smaller space may limit our way of moving, we want to keep hold of the sensations felt whilst moving openly and with others. For more information contact Miles:

Saturday 10-11am / CONTEMPORARY DANCE (with Annabel) REGISTER HERE
Annabel's Saturday morning class will include a full body warmup and technique enhancing exercises to upbeat music, with a little bit of cardio for good measure. This class will regularly include some jumping and inversions. Dancers of all levels of experience will find something to challenge them. End of class sequences will have set rhythms and allow dancers to add their own interpretation. This is a fun and sweaty dance class - a great start to the day.

we ask those taking part for a suggested donation of £8-10 per class, but please join in anyway and give more or less, whatever you can afford, we simply want to keep you moving, and look forward to having you in class with us!
